The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a finance function at a critical growth stage, working with a lean, high-performing Professional Services team in a dynamic startup environment.
As an Onboarding Associate, you will actively participate in client onboardings and implementations for our rapidly growing company and software platform DerivativeEDGE.
The candidate will ideally have 2+ years of experience in client/server or SaaS software project management and familiarity with financial derivatives covering interest rate, fx and commodity products. The role will be a hybrid in office and remote position reporting to a Manager within Professional Services.

What You’ll Do
Professional Services
- Execute project onboarding tasks integrating client derivative portfolios and business processes into Derivative Path platform covering the following onboarding tasks:
- Data analysis and cleaning of trade files to be used in preparing trade loading templates for IR, FX and Commodity transactions.
- Validation comparison and analysis of onboarded trades to client MTM reports.
- Preparation of EDGE static data encompassing Entity, Counterparty, Counterparty contact, Portfolio and other custom data elements for configuration and/or upload into Derivative EDGE System.
- Entity Users setup & distribution list.
- Manual trade capture and remediation for IR, FX and Commodity transactions .
- Work closely with the client success team on the analysis and resolution of client inquiries related to derivatives trading, Derivative Path platform usage, and client business processes.
- Serve as a first response contact for both client and internal operations-related inquiries.
- Develop knowledge base documentation related to Derivative Path platforms and procedures
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of Derivative Capture, Payment processing or TMS implementation experience.
- Current or prior background in finance and accounting ideally with emphasis on capital market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Comfortability with data analysis and use of productivity tools like Excel.
- Must be willing to work on a nightshift schedule (9PM to 6AM Philippine Time).
- Must be willing to work onsite in our Makati Office at least 2 to 3 times per week.
