The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst whose core responsibilities include managing AR and AP and day-to-day bookkeeping.  As a Finance Analyst, you will also be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in a variety of roles which would include audit and tax work.  This role is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the office at least 2 days a week in our Makati Office.

About You

To be successful as a Finance Analyst, you should have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable process
  • Answer vendor inquiries and send collection emails
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations
  • Support month-end close process 
  • Prepare tax reports 
  • Assist with auditor and tax work
  • Perform limited treasury functions 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct experience and total accounting experience of 4-6 years
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • CPA is required
  • Experience with AR and AP process 
  • Highly proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in NetSuite and Bill.com 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (4PM to 1AM Philippine Time)
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our Makati Office at least 2 to 3 times per week
